A constitutive meeting of the Working Group for Complaints was held on the premises of the Association of Serbian Banks, on 30 January 2018. The Working Group was founded as an advisory body of the Association of Serbian Banks, with the objectives to:

  • determine professional solutions, stances and conclusions in the domain of protecting the consumers of financial services and resolving the clients’ complaints,
  • communicate and organise cooperation with the Financial Services Consumer Protection Department of the National Bank of Serbia and other appropriate bodies of competent authorities and institutions in the country, in order to initiate the solution of the problems which banks face in their operations in this field.

The members of the Working Group for Complaints are expert representatives of the following banks:

2.Sberbank Srbija a.d. Beograd
3.Vojvođanska banka a.d. Novi Sad
4.Raiffeisen banka a.d. Beograd
5.Banca Intesa a.d. Beograd
6.OTP banka Srbija a.d. Beograd
7.Banka Poštanska štedionica a.d. Beograd
8.Eurobank a.d. Beograd
9.Komercijalna banka a.d. Beograd

The expert coordinator of the Committee is Sanja Tomić, Special Advisor at the Association of Serbian Banks.
