Training Programme

This is the only regional education programme adapted to both global sustainability standards and the specific context of the Western Balkans. It was jointly developed by Sustineri Partners and the AIRE Center, in cooperation with academic institutions (FEFA Faculty - Metropolitan University of Belgrade, Faculty of Economics - University of Rijeka, University of Tirana) and numerous regional and international institutions and experts, including the Association of Serbian Banks.

The Association of Serbian Banks, with the support of the European Fund for Southeast Europe (EFSE), organises anual seminars on different topics. The relevance of topics is ensured through the cooperation of the Bank Training Centre with the expert committees of the Association of Serbian Banks, by surveying bank colleagues from different sectors about their needs in terms of education for the coming year. Through dynamic and continuous work with colleagues from banks, we ensure a tailor-made approach to the organisation of seminars, the selection of topics and lecturers.
