Milan has over 19 years of work experience in various positions in the public and private sectors. He started his career at the Federal Ministry of Finance, at the banking sector, where he worked on drafting legislation and regulations in the field of banking. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Belgrade, module Banking, Finance and Insurance. He received his master's degree from the same Faculty. He has a PhD from the Faculty of Economics in Niš, module Banking and Finance.
He joined the Association of Serbian Banks’ team in 2008. Within the ASB Credit Bureau, he performed all necessary tasks, from directly working with bank clients - individuals and legal entities, administering user authorisations for bank employees working with the CB, training bank employees working with the CB, drafting instructions for banks working with the CB, etc. Since 2017, he has been the coordinator of the ASB Credit Bureau operations and the Business Council, as the main operational management body of the CB. He is working on the improvement of the methodology, content and quality of credit reports, i.e. the introduction of new products and services in order to more efficiently assess the creditworthiness of bank clients - individuals and legal entities.
He has published several scientific papers in the field of banking and finance. He is a reviewer for the field of bankingin the journals Bankarstvo and Ekonomski vidici.
