Types of Data

The ASB Credit Bureau reports contain the data on services used by natural persons and legal entities and entrepreneurs and provided by the relevant service providers. The data can be both positive and negative. Positive data are all data referring to the utilization of a certain service (e.g. loan amount, repayment deadline, etc.), whereas negative data refer to the manifested irregularities in settling matured liabilities outstanding.

Positive data contained in the Credit Bureau reports are:

1. For natural persons:

  • Data on extended loans (amount of the extended loan, installment amount, repayment deadline, repayment commencement date, repayment end date, debt outstanding);
  • Data on current accounts in respect of which there may be both potential and actual liabilities (transaction activity, date of account opening, overdrafts, status);
  • Data on payment cards, both debit (date of issuing, type of card, transaction activity, status) and credit cards (type of credit card, model, transaction activity, extended loan, amount utilized, expiration date, status);
  • Data on pledges (pledges in respect of loans to natural persons and pledges in respect of loans to legal entities and entrepreneurs);
  • Data on leasing contracts (leasing amount, installment amount, repayment commencement date, repayment end date, status, debt outstanding).

2. For legal entities and entrepreneurs:

  • Data on loans (type of loan, loan currency, amount of the extended loan, repayment commencement date, repayment end date, utilization commencement date, amount utilized, repayment deadline, debt outstanding, status);
  • Data on pledges in respect of loans (pledge activation date, amount of the activated pledge, debt outstanding, status);
  • Data on current accounts (transaction activity, date of account opening, current account status, current account blockades);
  • Data on credit cards (type of credit card, credit card model, date of issuing, allowed limit amount, amount utilized, status);
  • Data on loans extended by foreign creditors (type of loan, loan status, utilization commencement date, amount utilized, repayment deadline, repayment currency, debt outstanding, status);
  • Data on potential placements (type of potential placement – guarantees, guarantees of bills of exchange, uncovered letters of credit, currency, value of potential placements, validity commencement date, validity expiration date, current balance, status, intervention status);
  • Data on leasing contracts (contract value, repayment commencement date, repayment end date, repayment deadline, debt outstanding, status);
  • Data on debt securities purchased by banks.

Negative data contained in the Credit Bureau reports are:

Manifested irregularities are measured by a number of days after the liabilities outstanding mature, and are recorded in the ASB Credit Bureau’s reports, amounting to over 60 days for natural persons, and over 15 days for legal entities and entrepreneurs. Negative data include: date of default occurrence, number of days in default, amount in default and maximum amount in default.

The data in respect of services, both positive and negative, are presented in Credit Bureau’s reports for 3 years in case of natural persons, and 5 years in case of legal entities and entrepreneurs, after the concerned service i.e. the contractual relation with the service provider in respect of the service was terminated.

Automatic deletion of services is conducted on the last day of the month in which the stipulated deadline expires.
