On 6.9.2021, an online meeting was held between the representatives of the Association of Serbian Banks and the representatives of the Association of Russian Banks on the possibilities of further improving cooperation, in all areas of interest for further development of the banking sectors and for the members of both associations.
In addition to current topics, such as the importance of regulations for banks, application of ESG criteria in all investments, data protection, business security, further opportunities for exchanging experiences were discussed, as well as joint preparation of educational content, initiatives and future topics strategically important for the banking sector, on an international level.
On behalf of the Association of Serbian Banks, the meeting was attended by the ASB Secretary General, Vladimir Vasić, as well as Sladjana Sredojević, PhD, Specialist for International Cooperation and Education and Head of the Bank Training Center.
