These are just some of the topics discussed at the just concluded BankInfo conference, which was held at the Tonanti Hotel in Vrnjačka Banja under the title "Challenges, Innovations, Investments".
The central topic of this year's conference was still closely related to the digital transformation of business processes in banks, as well as the readiness of our market to meet the challenges of open banking and increasingly demanding customer needs, especially after the Covid-19 pandemic and current geopolitical developments.
