National banking associations, with the support of the European Banking Federation (EBF), jointly created a quiz for students aged 13 to 15 - the European Money Quiz (EMQ) as part of their strategic commitment to education, financial literacy and the importance of youth engagement. The European Money Quiz project has already received a prestigious European award in 2019, as the best example of partnership in the domain of public contribution, and today it is the largest European competition in financial literacy for young people. The Association of Serbian Banks has been implementing the EMQ since 2018 and actively contributed to its creation.
In cooperation with the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Serbia, this project was organised for the sixth time in Serbia, where a large number of students from primary and secondary schools throughout Serbia had the opportunity to stand out with their knowledge in a live competition via the online platform Kahoot!
The top three places of this year's competition are:
- Isidora Stojanović - Jovan Jovanović Zmaj Gymnasium, Novi Sad, class I-7
- Tijana Zlatić – School of Economics, Čačak, class I-1
- Đorđe Ostojić - Jovan Jovanović Zmaj Gymnasium, Novi Sad, class I-7
