The official opening of this year's European Money Week was marked on 12 March 2018 in the form of a Panel organised by the European Banking Federation in Brussels, where the members of the European Platform for Financial Education had the opportunity to exchange views on strategies for including financial literacy on the agenda of the European Union in the upcoming five-year period.
The Association of Serbian Banks was represented at this event by Dr Slađana Sredojević, Special Advisor for International Cooperation, Financial Markets and Education, and Head of the Bank Training Centre, who, as Chairman of the Financial Literacy Committee of the European Banking Training Network (EBTN), took an active part in this panel. On this occasion, she also informed the participants about the activities that the Association of Serbian Banks has been continuously conducting in this field as part of its continuous dedication to financial education.
