On 2 December 2019, the Secretary General of the Association of Serbian Banks, Mr Vladimir Vasić, and the Specialist for International Cooperation, Financial Markets and Education, Ms Slađana Sredojević, PhD, hosted a meeting with the Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan, His Excellency Gabit Sizdikbekov and his Associate for Economic Affairs, Mr Asen Kashkenov. During a very cordial conversation, they expressed a mutual desire for closer cooperation.
The Association of Serbian Banks has expressed its willingness to cooperate with Kazakhstan's economy, especially the banking sector. The Association is ready to support Kazakhstan in the field of education, and more broadly in areas such as infrastructure financing and the payment system. In the coming period, specific topics will be proposed that could be significant for the further cooperation of the two economies.
