Notice from the Credit Bureau Regarding Customer Relations

Dear clients,

The ASB Credit Bureau closely follows all the recommendations of the competent state authorities and implements all available preventive measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

In order to protect your health and prevent the spread of the virus, we advise that when obtaining a report from the Credit Bureau, direct contact and arrival at the premises of the Credit Bureau should be avoided, since other options are available to clients without restriction. In this way, we responsibly approach the recommendations of the Government of the Republic of Serbia, without endangering business continuity.

To this end, we inform and remind all clients that the Credit Bureau's Personal Report can be obtained in the following ways:

By submitting a request for a Personal Report at a bank, after which the report will be submitted to the client in one of the ways in which the client decides in the submitted request, namely:

  • via e-mail – please note that if you use a Gmail account, the message with your Personal Report may go into the spam folder (spam/junk/trash). Please check the folders mentioned. If you're using a mobile device, you will need to go to the Gmail app (not the app that unifies all your email accounts.
  • by fax
  • by mail
  • by registering at the Credit Bureau portal (www.kreditnibiro.com) which can be done in two ways: by using an ID card with a digital certificate or by filling out the Application form at the bank or at the Credit Bureau, after which the whole process is done electronically.
