In cooperation with the Ministry of Labour of the Republic of Serbia, on 22 October 2020, the Association of Serbian Banks organised an online round table on "Management of Human Resources and Processes of Work Organisation in Banks During the Pandemic and the Implementation of the Law on Agency Employment". The meeting was held at the initiative of the ASB Committee for Education and Human Resources, which was launched in early 2020, on the occasion of current challenges in organising work processes, with a special emphasis on regulating work from home and other innovative forms of work engagement.
Ms Bojana Stanić, State Secretary of the Ministry of Labour, Employment, Veterans and Social Affairs, answered the participants' questions with a team of associates, while the moderator of the meeting was Ms Slađana Sredojević, PhD, a Special Advisor for International Cooperation and Education and Head of the Bank Training Centre of the Association of Serbian Banks.
The aim of the meeting was to exchange views and discuss opportunities that would help further improve this important area of banking within the existing successful cooperation between the public and private sectors.
