Currency Conversion Statement
All payments will be effected in Serbian currency – dinar (RSD). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.

Complaints Policy
The cancellation deadline is 48 hours from the moment of submission. If the application is not cancelled within this time frame, the paid registration fee will not be refunded. Instead of a registered participant, another person from the same institution may attend the event.

On behalf of the Association of Serbian Banks b.a. we are committed to protecting the privacy of all participants attending any event we organise. We only collect the necessary, basic information about participants and the data necessary for our operations and for informing participants in accordance with good business practices, as well as in order to provide quality service.
We give our event attendees a choice, including the ability to decide whether or not to delete these data from the mailing lists used for marketing campaigns. All participant information is kept strictly confidential and is only available to employees who need the information to fulfil their work tasks. All employees of the Association of Serbian Banks b.a. (and business partners) are responsible for upholding the principles of privacy protection.
Protecting Confidential Transaction Information
When entering payment card information, confidential data is transmitted over a public network in a secure (encrypted) form using SSL protocols and PKI systems, which are state-of-the-art cryptographic technology, at this time.
The security of payment information is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Banca Intesa ad Belgrade, hence the complete payment process is performed on the bank’s website. The payment card information is not available to our system at any point in time.
Refunds
In case of cancellation of the participation and a refund to the buyer who had paid via one of the payment cards, in whole or in part, and regardless of the reason for the refund, the Association of Serbian Banks b.a. is obliged to make the refund exclusively through VISA, EC/MC and Maestro payment methods, which means that the bank will, at the seller’s request, make a refund to the cardholder’s account.
